Engineering Intern:

Natalia joined Jones Civil Design in the summer of 2019. As an Engineering Intern, Natalia is responsible for researching project-related design criteria and performing basic/preliminary analysis.
In her role as Intern, Natalia also serves as a CAD designer and operator where she is responsible for drafting and labeling technical aspects of each design, with the guidance of a Project Engineer, as well as formatting plans for submittals. |
Education & Certification
Natalia is currently pursuing a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL. Natalia's focus is on general, Civil Engineering where she is learning fundamental concepts related to material characteristics, design parameters, and technical communication.
Background
Natalia grew up in the Brazil's third-largest city: Belo Horizonte. After graduating high school, Natalia visited the U.S. and received the opportunity to stay and work, full-time. During this time, Natalia advanced her career and successfully operated her own business in the construction industry.
Now, with her experience and determination, Natalia is working to complete her college degree and continue working, professionally, as a future Civil Engineer.
