Brevard Street Townhomes
The Town of Waxhaw is experiencing an influx of young families, first-time home buyers, and "downsizers". To accommodate this growth, several residential projects are being developed - especially near the Town's central core. In support of these new residents, Jones Civil Design provided site / civil engineering on this project to create seven single-family homes with detached rental "suites". As part of this project, Jones Civil Design designed & permitted a sanitary sewer extension to serve this project. This development provides affordable living within walking distance of downtown Waxhaw.
