Hayden joined Jones Civil Design, in 2026, after gaining more than a decade of experience in design and construction of site/civil infrastructure. Therefore, Hayden brings detailed knowledge to every project "From Conception to Completion"® while also providing informed responses to each clients' needs.
Hayden serves as a Senior Project Engineer for the Firm and is responsible for managing, guiding, and reviewing the company's detailed designs and technical reports as well as performing professional engineering analysis and modeling. Furthermore, Hayden directs the overall timeline of projects while also coordinating with permit agencies on Civil and Land Development projects.

Education & Certification
Hayden received his degree in Biological Engineering from NC State University (class of 2012). With this degree, Hayden has a unique understanding of the biological processes that occur in natural ecosystems, agricultural systems, water and sewer treatment systems, and stormwater hydrologic systems.
Hayden is licensed as a professional engineer in NC, SC, and GA.
