Lucaya Community
This multi-family development required special design considerations to improve water pressure for the community and the surrounding land uses. This project won the 2007 "Community of the Year" award from the Lee County Building Industry Association. When this project was designed in 2005, Matthew Jones served as Project Manager for the Site/Civil design.
