Sweet Magnolia Estate is a venue that offers weddings, dinners, fundraisers, and a variety of events in Cornelius, NC. As part of the overall project, Jones Civil Design provided the analysis, design, and material specification for the retaining wall along the rear of the property. This wall allowed the venue to be placed deeper into the hillside while providing gentle slopes for the guests and attendees. Jones Civil Design is proud to be a small part of this project that will create wonderful memories for so many people.
